How to Decorate a Spooky Cupcake

My favorite cookie cutter is back for October...and this time it has a spooky theme!

I have also done this Spooky Cupcake with spider web in a red, ivory and black color scheme. I love them both!

Here is a timelapse video of the Spooky Cupcake! This design features a wet-on-wet design - using a white flood base with black flood detail.
