Today's video is an angel cookie that is inspired by the simple design of Sweet Sugarbelle!

And here is the video...

I am using Royal Icing to create my cookie designs. Check out our tutorials on how to make and use Royal Icing! And you'll also enjoy this blog post with rolling and baking tips! Both links include our recipes!

Drying time is very important with cookie decorating. The video is a time lapse and doesn't show the inactive time. I let an hours or so pass between the icing areas on the wings. This creates the definition between the wing sections. I like to use a fan to help speed up the process.

I made these angel cookies as part of the Nativity set from day 5.

I did a live demo of the cookie for my friends at Secret Keeper Girl. You can check it out here! https://youtu.be/GyFADHLtycY

I used this angel cutter for today's cookie. Here's a link to all the cutters used in our 12 Days of Cookie Videos series.

And this stencil used on the nativity cookie.

One more day to go!! And it's going to be a fun on!!!

Happy Decorating,

Anne
