Horse Cookie Time Lapse Video

For as long as I can remember my best friend has shown horses. She still travels with her mother to horse shows! 

I make these special cookies for them!

There is a video on how it is made. I use my KopyKake (a projector) to cast the image of my sketch onto the surface of the cookie. This helps me to get a consistent design from cookie to cookie. I don't always use my KopyKake, but in this instance, I really wanted the horses eye to be in just the right spot.
